(1) Each director shall be paid thirty rupees from the funds of the corporation as remuneration for his services by participating in the meeting of the committee.
(2) Any director residing immediately outside the Kathmandu Valley to participate in the meeting of the committee or to come to the area for the corporation's work may be given daily allowance, travel allowance and the remuneration written in sub-rule (1) as per the gazetted first class officer of the Government of Nepal.
(3) If the Directors are called to other services of the Corporation, they will be given an additional amount in addition to the remuneration written in the above bye-laws according to the agreement between the Corporation and them.
(4) In addition to the remuneration written in the above sub-rules, if the director submits a statement of payment or expenditure for the purpose of the business transactions and arrangements of the corporation from time to time as authorized, he/she will be admitted as many points as is deemed appropriate.
(5) Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, if the consultant visits the corporation, the committee may allow him to be paid the same daily allowance and visiting allowance as the director.
